超級簡易﹣蜜汁叉燒

叉燒原來可以唔駛燒咖~~~

只要你屋企有焗爐就可以日日有好美味嘅叉燒新鮮出爐!!

依個食譜係親愛的嘅媽咪比我,真係好簡單、好易整~~ thank you auntie

我覺得自己整嘅叉燒真係健康D,因為全無色素,甜度又可以自己調較,又可以揀舊唔肥嘅肉焗~ 夠晒自由度呀~

仍然覺得,有好多好味嘅野都可以係屋企整到,同埋可以用較健康嘅煮法去煮。

其實由上年向外第一次講…到到今日,我仍然堅持「推廣健康飲食文化」咖。

超級簡易﹣蜜汁义燒

材料:

(1)柳梅

(2)叉燒醬

做法:

1)將柳梅洗淨抺乾,整條塗上叉燒醬,醃2小時。

2)焗爐預熱至180C/360F,將醃好的柳梅焗35分鐘。

小提示:

可於焗20分鐘後把义燒取出,將叉燒醬再塗上肉上,再放入焗爐焗。
這個步驟可重覆數次,方可把义燒煮得更入味。
