蜜餞紫心蕃薯

蜜餞紫心蕃薯,又可以話係燴蕃薯~
天寒地凍,當然要食返一兩個熱騰騰的蕃薯先夠飽夠暖出街玩啦
我自己就鐘意食紫心多D,覺得佢比較香濃,比較甜。
你地鐘意嘅,任何色的蕃薯都可以做蜜餞咖~~~
係度,希望大家可以有個甜蜜幸福又暖苙苙嘅聖誕!!!

蜜餞紫心蕃薯

材料:

‧ 紫心蕃薯

‧ 片糖

‧ 水

做法:

1)預熱焗爐至200度。

2)將糖放進水裡煮溶。

3)放進蕃薯,大火煮大約20分鐘。轉中火,煮大約10分鐘或至軟身。

4)蕃薯放入焗爐焗10分鐘,完成!趁熱食啊~~~~
