香噴噴中式香蕉糕

香噴噴中式香蕉糕

材料:
糯米粉 120g
粘米粉 60g
糖 130g
暖水 160ml
*糕粉 30g
香蕉油 1Tbsp

方法:
1)將糯米粉、粘米粉和糖拌勻
2)加暖水和香蕉香油放進(1)
3)用油掃上容器內,倒入粉糊後,用大火蒸20至25分鐘
4)把蒸好的香蕉糕取出,切條和趁熱滾上糕粉。

*糕粉 = 將糯米粉在熱鑊中炒至金黃色,用中火炒,否則會很容易炒燶
